Walter Lohman, Chief Technology Officer at Scenexus, contributed expert insights to the recently published Geonovum report “Verkenning interoperabiliteit van rekenmodellen en digitale tweelingen”.
Drawing from his work on the Inter Model Broker (IMB) within the Urban Strategy platform, Lohman emphasized the importance of modular, scalable architectures and real-time data exchange between models. His contribution highlights how a publish/subscribe framework enables seamless interaction between traffic, noise, and environmental models—making digital twins more responsive and actionable.
